Pre-owned Rolex Explorer ref 114270 (2006 – 2007). This collection was developed shortly after Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary reached the summit of Mount Everest. During their expedition, one of those men was rumored to be wearing a Rolex Oyster on their wrist, just one of the many impressive displays of the brand’s incredible toughness. The collection celebrates the versatility of the Rolex brand by offering a case that is tough enough for some of the world’s most extreme environments while also offering a sophisticated feature set that is suitable for the office or a nice evening out. The ref. 114270 is a modern edition that was produced sometime in the 2000s. It features a black dial decorated with Super-LumiNova and a 36mm case.
