Rolex Datejust 16030 Steel Dial

Pre-owned Rolex Datejust ref 16030 (1980) is a fascinating edition of the enduring dress watch. Like every Datejust timepiece, it sports a waterproof Oyster case sealed by a screw-down crown, a self-winding mechanical movement, and an automatically changing date display at the 3-hour marker.  As a product of the 1980s, ref. 16030 also sports a very striking older-style case and bracelet, a matching silver dial decorated with classically elegant stick indices, and Tritium lume that has since aged to a honey color.  Interestingly, the calendar display has also faded over time to match the lume, creating a distinctive and unique look even the most discerning collectors will appreciate.
