Description: Rolex Sea-Dweller 126603
Pre-owned Rolex Sea-Dweller ref 126603 (2019) is a newer-model deep saturation diver that debuted at Basel World 2019. It’s the same 43mm watch that debuted in 2017 but now in Rolex’s patented “Yellow Rolesor” finish of 904L Oystersteel and 18 karat yellow gold. The collection had previously only been produced in stainless steel, making this ref. 126603 a bit of a surprise to many avid collectors.
The line is notably powered by a next-generation calibre 3235 Perpetual movement with a more efficient skeletonized Chronergy escapement and also features a Cyclops magnifier over the date, a feature that many deep saturation divers omit. While its all-steel predecessor presents the logo in red, the new Yellow Rolesor option features a matching gold logo, creating a slightly more luxurious aesthetic. The line, of course, maintains its waterproofness of up to 1,220 meters and is still equipped with a unidirectional ceramic timing bezel, a Chromalight Maxi display, a triple-sealed Triplock screw-down crown, and a Helium Escape Valve.
