Description: Rolex GMT-Master 16700
Pre-owned Rolex GMT Master ref 16700 (1991) was the very last of the original GMT models and remained in production for a surprisingly long time, even overlapping its successors. During its decade-long reign, ref. 16700 was produced with either Tritium or Luminova. It also notably introduced the iconic pilot’s watch to a tougher scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a newer case design. The example you see here was produced in the 1990s and features a desirable blue Pepsi bezel and a three-link Oyster bracelet. It’s an integral part of Rolex history, and it can be yours today in excellent secondhand condition.
