Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 14060 (2000 – 2001) is characterized by a sleek, time-only dial. While the broader Rolex dive watch collection is currently produced with or without a date on the dial, that wasn’t always the case. When Rolex introduced the Sub in the 1950s, the dial did not yet have a date mechanism – that feature wasn’t added until about a decade later. After that time, the dateless Submariner was discontinued, and the date was featured on every reference produced.
