Pre-owned Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref 14233 (1993) is an elegant steel and gold variation of the famous time-only luxury dress watch. The current production OP is indeed only available in stainless steel. However, there was a time when gold and two-tone models were also an option within the Rolex catalog. Ref. 14233 is one such example. It has the classic two-tone Rolex dress watch aesthetic we have come to know and love, featuring a yellow gold fluted bezel, yellow gold center links, and yellow gold hour markers and hands. The time-only dial and understated 34mm Oyster case set this model apart from other watches produced by Rolex at the time.
